Salsa Salad Dressing

  • Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. Casa Sanchez Salsa Roja (Mild, Medium or Hot)
  • 1 oz. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 oz. grated parmesan Cheese

Mix and serve

Chilaquiles

  • Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. of Casa Sanchez Thick & Crispy Tortilla Chips
  • 2 oz. Casa Sanchez Mild Salsa Roja
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 oz grated cheese

In heated pan stir the tortilla chips, add the Mild Salas Roja (or the Hot if you prefer) and the scrambled eggs, slightly toss until done. Serve on plate and top with cheese.

Salsa & Baked Fish

  • Ingredients:
  • Fish of your choice
  • Casa Sanchez Medium Salsa Roja

Clean fish. Place in greased baking pan. Top with salsa. Bake at 350 for 4 minutes. Turn fish over. Bake for another 4 minutes

Salsa BBQ Sauce

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 Container Casa Sanchez Mild Salsa Roja
  • 4 oz. brown sugar
  • 1 oz. minced garlic
  • 8 oz. orange juice
  • 8 oz. vinegar
  • 3 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 oz. Corn Syrup
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP black pepper
  • 1 TSP California Chili Powder

Bring all ingredients to a boil in sauce pan. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until thickened. Let cool.
